The Emory ALS Center is one of the largest clinical centers in the U. S., currently caring for about 500 patients and their families. The center provides a comprehensive program of multidisciplinary patient care and cutting-edge clinical and basic research and its mission is to better the lives of those living with ALS. Their work spans from the bench to the bedside, from pioneering laboratory discoveries to the highest standard of compassionate multidisciplinary clinical care.
