PEAKS to Conga is an annual cancer fundraiser road bike ride from Cody to Shell, WY. All funds raised go to support cancer patients in the Bighorn Basin.
It’s time to get your wheels spinning once again for the PEAKS to Conga bicyclists’ fundraiser and Shellebration on Saturday, June 22. This fun, non-competitive, fully supported ride starts en masse from Cody Coffee Roasters (3001 Duggleby Drive) in Cody, Wyoming, at 7 a.m. and ends 66 miles down the road in beautiful Shell, Wyoming.
All funds raised go to PEAKS (People Everywhere Are Kind & Sharing) which helps cover gas, grocery, and other non-medical expenses for cancer patients in the Big Horn Basin experiencing financial hardship. To date, we’ve raised more than $300,000 for our friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers who are going through cancer treatment. Help us continue to share that kindness to those in need.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
Ride some or all of the route … hence the Conga line! Helmets are mandatory! Gear to carry with you: Spare tubes, Water bottle, Appropriate layers, and Sunscreen Support vehicles are available along the route with snacks, water and technical assistance if you need a helping hand plus we have multiple aid stations along the way to keep you going strong.
ONLY designated support vehicles are allowed along the route in order to reduce road congestion and maintain safety. If you have family or friends interested in helping along the ride, please let us know ASAP.
Bring a change of clothes to throw in the SAG vehicle at the start so you can be comfortable and relax at the Shellebration after your ride.
