You will run or walk 3 miles within a 3 hour window. That window begins as soon as you begin running. You may complete the distance in any fashion you choose, as long as you do so within that time window. For instance, you can run 1 mile for during each hour, 3 miles all at once, or any other combination of your choosing.

You will run or walk 6 miles within a 6 hour window. That window begins as soon as you begin running. You may complete the distance in any fashion you choose, as long as you do so within that time window. For instance, you can run 1 mile for during each hour, 3 miles all at once, or any other combination of your choosing.

You will run or walk 12 miles within a 12 hour window. That window begins as soon as you begin running. You may complete the distance in any fashion you choose, as long as you do so within that time window. For instance, you can run 1 mile for during each hour, 3 miles all at once, or any other combination of your choosing.

You will run or walk 24 miles within a 24 hour window. That window begins as soon as you begin running. You may complete the distance in any fashion you choose, as long as you do so within that time window.
