Training: Running Rookie 5k Training Program
Prerequisite: In order to have success with this program, you must be able to walk briskly for one hour, 3 times per week minimum, OR you must be in a regular aerobic exercise program (spin, kickboxing, aerobic classes, etc.) leading up to the start of this program.

Prerequisite: The first week of the program you MUST be able to run at an easy, conversational pace for 2 minutes straight (any pace).
