5K Run
All participants that are registered for the run will be chip timed.
- All registered participants will receive a custom-printed, short sleeve, event shirt.
- For safety reasons, dogs are NOT allowed.
- Kids and strollers are welcome. Runners pushing joggers please start in the back of the pack.
- Young children riding in strollers DO NOT need to be registered.
- We will be giving awards to our top three male and top three female runners.

5K Remote
- This virtual option is for runners, walkers, and supporters who are not able to make it to Orlando.
- Registration is free!
- Registration in the Remote 5K does NOT include race entry to the in-person event on January 27th. Please select the 5K Run option if you intend to run with us in Orlando.
- Anyone who raises at least $100 will be sent our Fire Within 5K race t-shirt.
