RUN TRAINING - 5K (FLEET FEET PENSACOLA)

Our 5k training program is designed to build core, miles, and confidence. We focus on 10% building per week to exceed our expectations on race day and prevent/ mitigate injury along our journey. 

Thursdays at 6pm. Saturday at 8am.
