Most of our programs are 6 week blocks.
We are your motivation stop for getting out and MOVING.
Whether you are training for a Personal Best at Boston Marathon or needing to keep your heart healthy, we have you covered.
Joining on of our dialed programs will help you hit your goals with flying colors. When you succeed, we all succeed!

5K TRAINING:
Our 5k training program is designed to build core, miles, and confidence. We focus on 10% building per week to exceed our expectations on race day and prevent/ mitigate injury along our journey.
Thursdays at 6pm. Saturday at 8am.
RUN / WALK INTERVAL TRAINING:
Our run / walk group fitness is designed to reduce the impact stress on the body while building mileage for our goals. We start at 30 second jog with 1min 30 second brisk walk and slowly progress our running/walking ratio. We work on core, stretching, and injury prevention.
Thursdays at 6pm. Saturday at 8am.
WALK FITNESS:
Our walking group is designed for exercise while keeping the impact stress down on our bones, joints, and connective tissues. We work on distance/time, core, and stretching to progress through our training cycle.
