Principia College XC Camp 2024 (Individual Registration)
Training will be designed to prepare athletes for their upcoming preseason. Hopefully, you’ve done your base mileage for the summer, so this will be an opportunity to experience training in a college environment and have fun. We’ll make sure you get daily mileage and workouts on various surfaces, we’ll do strength work with a focus on injury prevention, intentional recovery sessions, a couple of pool workouts, and conclude with a 5K time trial on a high quality cross country course. We’re excited to share our outstanding training facilities and provide a great environment on campus to work hard and have fun as you get ready for the season. Registration Includes:
- Camp T-Shirt
- Gatorade Products; daily shake or protein bar, towel, and water bottle
- Daily training sessions from 4PM - 7PM, Monday - Friday
- 5K race on Saturday August, 10th (5PM start time, weather permitting)
- Dinner after 5K race
- Personalized training from College Coaches with USATF Level 2 Endurance certification
