Description
Get ready for Cross Country season with six days of training in a college environment. Training is designed to simulate a week of college pre-season while preparing middle school and high school runners for Cross Country pre-season.
Registration Includes:
- Camp T-Shirt
- Gatorade Products; daily shake or protein bar, towel, and water bottle
- Daily training sessions from 4PM - 7PM, Monday through Friday
- 5K race on Saturday August, 10th (5PM start time, weather permitting)
- Dinner after 5K race
- Personalized training from College Coaches with USATF Level 2 Endurance certification
Dates: Monday, August 5th - Saturday, August 10th
Time: 4PM - 7PM, daily
Cost: $250 for individuals ($2,000 for a team; 8+ individuals registering together)
Training Facilities:
- One of the highest quality cross country courses in the Midwest - North Farm Cross Country Course (Host site of the 2016 NAIA National Championship and NCAA D3 National Championship)
- 200-Meter Indoor Track
- Indoor Pool and Hot Tub
- Weight rooms
