The Power Mile
The mile is run in two heats, the open corral at 6:30pm and the elite corral at 7:00pm. Participants in the elite heat must be able to complete 1 mile in 7 minutes or less.

Join a team of four to complete the beer mile relay: Each runner chugs a beer and runs a quarter mile! Must register as a member of a team. Must be 21 or older to participate.
