VIRTUAL Superhero 5K/10K & Kids Fun Run

This year, by registering for the Superhero Fun Run, you’ll receive a bib before the race (in mail before 9/1, printable after 9/1). On the weekend of Sept 18-20, we encourage participants to take a video or picture of themselves or their family exercising outdoors in their Superhero costumes or flair (it’s acceptable to run, hike, bike, swim, kayak, dance… anything that gets you moving for 15-20 minutes or more). Then post that pic or video on social media (Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter) tagging Rett’s Roost (@rettsroost) and including the hashtags #superhero5kfunrun and #weloverettsroost or any fun ones that you like. Kids that sign up for the fun run will receive a ribbon. All who sign up before 9/1 will receive their bibs, ribbons, purchased shirts, and magic kit in the mail before the race.

Have your kids race around the house! In a cape of course. Video them and post on your social media site with hashtags #superhero5kfunrun and #weloverettsroost. All kids will receive a RIBBON in the mail prior to the race (if registered by 9/1) for you to save to reward them when they complete their exercise. If registering in September, ribbon will come after the race in the mail. Children up to 8 years old can sign up for the Kids Fun Run. 9 and up should sign up for the 5K (there is a $15 option through 16 years old).
