Clinic/Training
All participants should meet at the Miner's Mountain Rally Center at 9am. We will do some swimming so please bring a wetsuit if you would like to participate in the swimming portion of the day. Swimming is NOT required if you would just like to learn more about the sport or just go for a run that is no problem.
