Description
IGNITE SwimRun invites you to a FREE day of training and learning about the sport of SwimRun. For those new to the sport we will have coaches and sample equipment to test and try. For those already registered for IGNITE SwimRun MD this is an awesome opportunity to scout the course and prep your team for a successful race day.

SwimRun - Clinic
This Clinic/Training Day is open to all abilities. Our coaches will review the equipment used in SwimRun, best practices, training tips, how to work with your partner and provide a SwimRun specific workout that includes swimming and running transitions.
For those with more experience, we will skip the clinic portion and proceed directly to the workout using the IGNITE SwimRun MN course.
