Join us for 9 weeks of progressive, in-person group strength sessions designed specifically for runners. Each class focuses on functional exercises that build injury resilience, power, stability, and core strength.

What to bring: A yoga mat. All other equipment will be provided on site.

Location: All sessions will be held at Big River Running Company, University City – 606 North and South Rd, University City, MO, except 02/08/2026, which will take place at Big River Running Company, South City – 5352 Devonshire Ave, St. Louis, MO 63109.
