Event: 500Yd Flag Swim
The 500yd flag swim is for children ages 7-16. The swim is out 250yds to a flag and back (with one turnaround at the flag)

Event: 1 Mile Ocean Swim
This is a 1 mile swim for ages 16 & Over. The mile will have one turn. Athletes will start in the water at 17th St swimming in the direction determine on the day of the event based on water conditions.
