Session: Goal Getters Mini Session
Choose one area of focus that's important to you. Examples include percentage of body weight, a specific number of pounds, a target dress size, certain number of times a week to workout, amount of servings of vegetables to eat daily, consistently tracking calorie consumption, or attaining specific activity levels.
You set your goal at the beginning of the session. Each week, you submit your status online (via e-mail or Facebook). We track your progress throughout the series. Each week, you'll have access to tips, articles, and information as part of the private group Facebook page or e-mail.
Important Notes for Participation
Goal Getters only works if you submit your information on a regular weekly basis. For best results, start with a small goal and engage with the instructor and group.

It works by letting you choose your focus. While everyone in Goal Getters is setting out to do something to better themselves, not everyone is in it to achieve the same thing.
It's a great augment to an fitness regimen or a gentle way to start one.

For those who want to reduce the stress of working out, Coaching Plus gives you all the benefits of Coaching Standard, plus some extras. The instructor will provide water, electrolyte beverages, and snacks for post workout refreshment. Additionally, the instructor will do most weekly workouts with the participant or fine-tune the plan on the spot, as appropriate and realistic.
The instructor will check in twice weekly via e-mail or Facebook Messenger rather than once and will include tips and links to articles or videos pertinent to your goals to enhance the remote coaching experience. Questions submitted online will be answered within 48 hours of submission. (Response time is usually within 24 hours.)
