We will have 2 group options in the 5k training – Level 1 and Level 2 and one group in the 10k, Level 3. 5k is designed for beginners and those wanting to run a bit faster for the 5k and the 10k is for those wanting to move up from the 5k to the 10k or run a faster 10k this year. 10k participants should be currently running 2-3 days a week with at least one run a week of up to 3 miles.
