Adalyn Rose Foundation's 2025 Empty Stroller Run & Walk

Join us in honoring loss families and their babies at our very first Empty Stroller Run & Walk in Lewistown, PA, held at Kish Park. Registration for our run and walk participants will open at 9:00 AM.

Participants may choose to complete either a 1-mile Remembrance Walk or a full 5K, walking together to raise awareness and honor babies gone too soon.

Stick around after the run/walk for a heartfelt post-event gathering with community connection, remembrance activities, and more.

All registration fees, swag sales, and donations directly support families who have experienced the loss of a baby during pregnancy, infancy, or early childhood through the work of the Adalyn Rose Foundation.

Many participants walk or run with empty strollers to symbolize the babies they carry in their hearts. This is a beautiful tradition—but not required.
