Adalyn Rose Foundation's Empty Stroller Run & Walk

**IN-PERSON EVENT SIGN-UPS HAVE BEEN PAUSED UNTIL THE DAY OF**

We invite all loss families and supporters to join us in helping families and honoring babies at our Fourth Annual Empty Stroller Run & Walk.

The 5K,10K, and Walk can be completed at our in-person event on October 15th at the Berks County Heritage Center or anywhere nationwide between October 1st and October 31st!

All registration fees, swag sales, and donations will assist families who have lost a baby at any time during pregnancy, infancy, or early childhood. The Adalyn Rose Foundation is there from the very first moments in the hospital and all those that follow.

Registration is required for all participants. This event is free for children 11 and under and will show no fee at checkout for this age group.

Many of us will be running/walking with empty strollers to honor babies and spread awareness of pregnancy and infant loss. However, it is not a requirement.

Whether participating in person or virtually, we encourage loss families and supporters to create a team and invite friends and family members to join! In addition to creating a team, there are options to create Individual and Team Fundraisers! We had so much fun with this last year; together, we raised over $70,000. The more funds we raise, the more families we can help & babies we can honor. 

In-Person Participation- Registration will open at 8:30 a.m. and the race and walk will start at 10:00 a.m. The race will be timed by Pretzel City Sports! We will have live music by Stephanie Grace and tons of fun activities for kids and adults. You may add a lunch ticket to your registration, giving access to our post-race grub! 

Virtual Participation - We encourage our virtual participants to create/join a team and walk/run with others! You could even host your own in-person event! You may want to consider some of these special dates when choosing your Empty Stroller Run/Walk date:

October 1st - Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month Begins

October 15th - International Wave of Light and Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day

October 31st - Final day to participate
