•What is a virtual race? A virtual race is a “race” that can be run anywhere you are – You can run individually or with a team any date before December 31st.

•What is the distance for this virtual races? 3.1 miles

•How much does it cost? $25 which will be used for RNC programming. Meet ups, Obesity Camp, Nutritional Workshops and more.

•What if I’m not fast? Doesn’t matter!! Go at your own pace and have fun!

•Do I need a garmin or some proof to show my time/distance? YES post your time after on www.thefacebook.com/theabdoctor

•What if I can’t complete the entire distance yet? This is a walk/RUN? Run when you can and Walk the rest.

•How do I find a good course that is 3.1 miles (or whatever the race distance may be)?? There's an AP for that! Try Run Keeper or your favorite running AP. YOu can even add friends on most running APS
