Full/Half Marathon Training (16-week)
This is a 16 week plan that will be adjusted to prepare you for either the full or half marathon distance at the BMW Dallas Marathon on December 12. The plan can be easily adjusted if you want to run a race that is either the weekend before or after this race.

Half Marathon Training (12 week)
This is a shorter build up for only the half marathon distance at the BMW Dallas Marathon on December 12. This shorter half marathon training plan option is for runners who feel they do not need as much time to build up to the half marathon distance.
