Sign up to train with us for your fall races. This training program is a 16 or 12-week program to get you prepared for a full or half marathon race in the December time frame. The schedule for each program is set up to line up exactly with the BMW Dallas Marathon but if the race you are planning to run is within a week or two of the Dallas race, it would be easy to adjust your plan to get you prepared for your race as well.
We will be meeting three days a week on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings at 5:30 am for our group runs. The locations may vary based on the planned run for the day but all meeting places will be near our store in Plano.
