Packet Pick Up
PACKET PICK UP
April 18th (Saturday) 2020 between 7:30am – 8:30am in the front building of the natatorium.
If you do not pick up packet materials during the designated pick up times listed you will not be allow to race. There will be no exceptions made. You must collect your own packet. No other person will be allowed to pick up your packet. Government issued photo ID will be required to pick up materials.
TRANSITION AREA / BODY MARKING
The transition area will be open on race day from 7:30 am – 8:30 am. Any athlete that arrives after 8:30 am will not be allowed into the transition area. Body marking will take place in the packet pick up room between 7:30 am – 8:30 am.
TIMING CHIP PICK UP
Timing chips can be picked up race morning in the packet pick up room from 7:30 am – 8:30 am.
ATHLETE BRIEFING
The athlete briefing will be held on site just prior to the start of each age group. Race directors will need approximately 5 minutes to review the details of the race.
