This Year's Race is Cancelled
Due to the continued threat of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, the 2020 West Georgia 15K/5K has been added to the long list of cancelled events. The decision comes after careful deliberation to keep participants, volunteers, spectators, and the community safe and not detract valuable resources away from the local health facilities.
You may choose to receive a full refund (minus any registration fees), defer your entry until next year, or consider your registration a donation to the West Georgia Track Club. Please make your selection by Friday, September 4th at 11:59pm.

Welcome winter racing season with the West Georgia 15k/5k, a classic road race that is sure to be a highlight of your running calendar! Starting and finishing in Carroll County's beautiful John Tanner Park, both the 15k and 5k courses take you on a scenic tour of lakes, country roads, pastures, and hills!
RRCA State Championship 15k Event
We are pleased to announce that the 15k portion of the race was selected as the 2020 RRCA State Championship Event. For more details see the RRCA State Championship page.

Awards
The West Georgia Track Club will present awards for the road race. Cash prizes will be awarded to the 1st and 2nd place overall Male and Female runners in both the 5k race and 15k race. They will also receive a commemorative plaque. The top 3 in each age group will receive a commemorative gift as their prize.
