How Do You Log Miles?

--> You can begin your participation in Wave 1 on February 1 and Wave 2 on March 1 by logging your miles any way you'd like.

--> Run, walk, cycle, skate, ski, snowshoe, swim, paddle, or row to your choice of goal: 25, 50, 125 or 225 miles.

--> Log miles by using RaceJoy or your other favorite fitness tracker app. 

--> Upload your activity files or record miles manually HERE.
