Yes. Race Day registration is available from 7 AM to 8:15 AM for the 5K. The Kids 1-Mile Run is from 7 AM to 7:45 AM.
Yes. All registered participants will receive a commemorative race shirt, and all finishers will receive a medal.
Yes, there will be 2 water stations on course.
Yes, you may defer your entry to the next event year for a fee until 7 days prior to race day. After that date deferrals are not allowed. You will find the option to defer your entry by going to your RunSignUp account: Profile -> My Registered Races -> Manage Registration -> Defer Registration.

Yes, you can transfer your race entry to someone else, but you must do it through our official registration site, RunSignUp or by reaching out to us at info@nolatrackclub.org at least 7 days before the race and a transfer fee maybe included.
It is essential to use our system for transfers. This is for your safety and to meet our event's insurance requirements. In case of an emergency during the race, we need accurate runner information to provide proper medical assistance.
Transferring outside of our system puts runners at risk because we won't have their correct emergency contact details. This could lead to delays in treatment and potentially worsen injuries.

Yes, you can transfer your race entry to another NOTC. Participants are required to pay the difference of entry fees, if necessary. To do this, please contact info@nolatrackclub.org.
Yes, strollers are allowed but MUST START THE RACE IN THE BACK OF THE FIELD (CORRAL E) REGARDLESS OF FINISH TIME.
The RRCA strongly recommends against the use of baby strollers/joggers by participants in road races. Adults running or walking with a stroller should start at the back of the runners and walkers. An additional waiver accepting the responsibilty for the injury up to death of a child in a stroller may be required to be signed by a partipcant pushing a stroller.
Yes. 1 hour or 19 minutes and 18.73 seconds per mile.
Restroom facilities will be available at the race venue, including standard portable toilets and ADA-accessible units.
Participants may wear headphones during the race, but it is essential to remain alert and attentive to your environment at all times.
Yes. Participants can access the gear check at our designated on-site volunteer tent on race day.
