- 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Drive-through packet pickup for pre-registered participants
Goodie bags: The first 500 packets picked up on this day will also receive a goodie bag full of giveaways from sponsors and community partners!
Saturday, November 18
Quarryview Center Area and Evergreen Park (3401 Calumet Drive, Sheboygan, WI 53083)
- 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Volunteer check-in and pre-registered packet pickup in large tent outside of Quarryview Center
- 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Event-day registration and limited quantity of all apparel items and travel mugs for sale inside Quarryview Center
- 3:00 PM: Quarryview Center parking lot opens for participants using Family-Friendly Drop-off Zone and participants with VIP Parking Passes or Disabled Parking Passes purchased/reserved in advance
- 3:00 PM: Shuttle service to and from offsite parking lots begins
- 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Holiday Hall, sponsored by Sue Breitbach Fenn Agency of American Family Insurance, with Santa visit and family-friendly to-go activities inside Quarryview Center, including complimentary hot beverages and cookies
- 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM: Designated gear check near finish line (on the way to the start line)
- 3:40 PM: Pre-race warm-up begins near 5K run start line with personal trainer
- 4:00 PM: 5K run starts
- 5:00 PM: 1-mile walk starts (Wave 1)*
- 6:00 PM: 1-mile walk starts (Wave 2)*
- 7:00 PM: Course and Holiday Hall (Quarryview Center) close
- 7:30 PM: Shuttle buses for each offsite parking lot make final pickups at the Quarryview Center parking lot.
*NEW AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR 2023: Neither of the walk waves has an official countdown at the start line. Volunteers will help guide the first 1-mile walk wave participants to enter the course at approximately 5:00 PM (or once all 5K run participants are safely off of the course). The second wave of walkers that begin at 6:00 PM are welcome to enter the course upon arrival.
3 Sheeps Brewing Company (1837 North Ave, Sheboygan, WI 53083)
3 Sheeps Brewing Company is a dog-friendly 10,000 sq. ft taproom with 25 taps featuring taproom-only beers and year-round favorites. 3 Sheeps will donate $1 to Sheboygan County Food Bank for every pint of beer sold that evening. We're grateful for their continued generosity and offering of their location for this event!
- 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Harvest Street food truck will be parked outside of the taproom offering their New American street food.
- 5:00 PM: Volunteers will be selling a limited supply of pizza slices inside the taproom for $2 each (cash only) from Theo's Pizza and Catering. All proceeds support Sheboygan County Food Bank.
- 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM: DJ Randy will be staging the ultimate photo booth with props and a holiday-themed backdrop that includes free text, email and print photos.
- 5:30 PM (approximately): 5K run award ceremony starts
- 7:00 PM: Wheels North, a progressive northern bluegrass quartet from the Illinois Fox Valley, hits the stage!
3 Sheeps offers popcorn and other snacks inside their taproom, and has menus from local restaurants that deliver to their location. You're also welcome to bring in whatever food you would like or have food delivered.
