Hustle For Our HOMiES has created 3 different exercise plans varying in difficulty, time, and experience level. Whether you walk, run, or jog this 5k we want you to feel prepared. The ultimate goal of these exercise plans is to help you train for 6 weeks and get in shape for our 5k. Choose the exercise plan that feels right for you and please take your health into account before joining us for training.
