Treadmill, Big Gym Indoor Track, Outdoor City Block, or Your Favorite Path
If you choose a treadmill or your favorite route/trail/path. Walk, jog, or run every ¼ mile then stop to perform one of these exercises for 30 seconds (all exercises can be found on youtube: Kelly Petterson):
Big Gym Indoor Track - Every 4 laps stop to perform one of those exercises for 30 seconds.
Outdoor City Block - Every 4 street lights stop to perform one of those exercises for 30 seconds.
