Join the Two Wolves and Mission2Alpha teams for the first annual South Mountain Challenge

The Mission2Alpha team is excited to partner with the team at Two Wolves Foundation.  For our first annual event, proceeds will go to support TWF as they continue to build programs to support our military and first responder heroes.

When: Saturday, October 15th***Where: South Mountain Park***Time: 7am-10am

All Hikers who summit the climb will receive a finishing medal. In addition, the top three fastest Men and Women will also receive a top finishers plaque!

What is the Mission of the Two Wolves Foundation?

Our mission is to promote posttraumatic growth, healing, and purpose in the lives of combat veterans and first responders through service based land stewardship programs and conservation projects in partnership with public land agencies. Two Wolf Foundation is also committed to aiding research efforts on wilderness based recreational therapy for combatting the effects of service related trauma.

What is the Vision of the Two Wolves Foundation?

We mobilize our nation's combat veterans and first responders to contribute and serve with new purpose towards the protection, conservation, and sustainment of our US public land systems. Two Wolf Foundation brings our country's incredible warriors together to connect, serve, and grow stronger in unique and inspiring landscapes.

How will the proceeds from the SM Challenge be used?

Proceeds this year will be used to fund much needed equipment to facilitate overlanding and other conservation campaigns.  To support these types of campaigns the foundation uses vehicles such as the Tango Whiskey One! TW-1 is the first program truck, acquired in September of 2021. At a seemingly crazy time with regard to Tacoma interest across the United States, we searched high and low for our first Tacoma to begin building up as a capable overlanding truck ready to support Two Wolf Foundation programming.  The TW1 is now a fully functioning and very capable overlanding vehicle for use in all of our projects. Tango Whiskey One

This years proceeds will be used to help build the "Tango Whiskey 2". TW-2 joined the Two Wolf Foundation crew in late October of 2021. We picked up Tango Whiskey Two in Pensacola, Florida after a multi-state search for just the right 4Runner to bring on as our next program vehicle. We have big plans for this 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium. Our goal is to build the highest quality adventure vehicles for our nation's combat veterans and first responders to experience overland and vehicular supported exploration during the conduct of our conservation and land stewardship programming. We look forward to the build process with TW-2 and hope to work with some great partners that can bring our vision to life.
