We are here to offer you various options to keep you healthy and strong through training and competing until life returns to our “New Normal”

The format for Fast Triathlon (live or virtual), is based on three (3) rounds of swimming, biking, and running with rest periods between each segment. As a virtual race, we offer other types of competitions…Fast Duathlon, Fast  Swimming, Fast Biking or Fast Running. 

We offer the same options for kids to stay active and get involved making it a family affair!

Be one of the first 100 participants to register and complete their competition, to receive the athlete’s package with a tech T-Shirt, a special medal and a performance mask sent to them.

Everyone loves a Special Challenge and Fast Challenge is composed of seven different events: Fast Triathlon, Fast Duathlon, Fast Aquathlon, Fast Aquabike, Fast Swimming, Fast Biking and Fast Running. You must complete all seven events in one week and then you will receive a beautiful and high-quality swag with a premium tech T-Shirt, a special medal and a personalized Fast Triathlon mask.

Format

Fast Triathlon’s format is a 3 round competition. Between each round we will have a “period of rest”. Listed below are the resting times you will have for the various competitions:

· Fast  Triathlon /Fast  Duathlon – 10 minutes

·  Relays / Fast Swimming / Fast  Biking  / Fast  Running – 5 minutes

IMPORTANT:  The above-mentioned times will always be added to your total time. If you need additional time to recover - no problem; however this extra time will be added to your total time.

When: August 10 to August 16, 2020.

Regular competitions from Friday 12:01 AM to Sunday 11:59 PM EST.

Challenge Competitions from Monday 12:01 AM to Sunday 11:59 PM EST.

Where: Anywhere you are located in the world.

Fast Triathlon Virtual Race offers you 15 different Challenges to participate in…

For kids - Fast Triathlon offers one round of: Fast Swim, Fast Bike, Fast Run, Fast Triathlon and Fast Duathlon. Relays are an exception; kids will compete in 3 rounds.

IMPORTANT: Relays can be completed even if the participants are not in the same location. Just send us the link with the results.

Included with registration

Each participating athlete will receive a virtual Bib number and a Fast Triathlon Virtual Race backdrop to include your personal photo. You will receive your Certificate by email as soon as your results are approved!

 

Referral rewards

if you refer 10 or more friends, you will receive an athlete’s package with a tech T-Shirt and a performance mask mailed to you. Upon completion of your competition, you will receive your medal.

To be the "Fastest Triathlete", you must be resilient, resistant and have a strategy when competing in three rounds of swimming, cycling, and running.

The tactic used by the athlete during the rest period between each round is a determining factor in the race. The winner is the one who has the shortest time in total for three rounds, generating much anticipation of the final decision.
