Since the race starts early on Saturday morning, we have partnered with Fairfield Inn near the VFW for accommodations the night before the race. Get in town early enough to eat, rest and be ready to Rock & Run on Saturday morning. Book by May 30 to receive the special Rock & Run rate.

Event: Virtual Rock and Run 5K
Run your 3.1 miles anywhere, keep track of your time and submit them by noon on June 8 using the Results tab of this registration site.

T-Shirts
Shirts are guaranteed to all participants pre-registered by 05/20/24. Limited quantities available on race day.
Virtual Runners may add a $10.00 mailing fee to have the shirt mailed to you after the event.
Awards
Awards are given to Overall Male / Female, Masters Male/Female and the following Male / Female Age Groups:
10-year age groups: 17 and Under, 18-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55-64, 65-71, 75 and Over
Virtual Option
Run your 3.1 miles anywhere. Submit your finish time by clicking on the RESULTS tab at the top of this page. Submit finish times no later than 12 noon on June 8. To submit a virtual time you must be registered as a virtual runner.
Virtual runners are not eligible for race day awards.
Course
The course will start and finish at Athens VFW 2872, 835 Sunset Drive, Athens, GA. The course will run through adjacent neighborhoods and return to the VFW.

What if it Rains?
We get wet! Race start time may be delayed in 15-minute increments if storms are in the area. Sorry, no refunds due to inclement weather.
