Instructions for Participants
PLEASE NOTE:
- Cancellations up to one week prior to the clinic are refundable, less online service fees;
- Transfers to a different available clinic date are allowed with notification up to one week prior to the original clinic date;
- Requests for cancellation or transfer within one week of the original clinic date cannot be honored and no refund will be provided.
We will email registrants a few days before the clinic with information and instructions.
1) You will be running during your appointment, so wear your workout clothes and running shoes. Wear clothing that does not cover up too much of your body. No long pants or long t-shirts-- shorts would be preferred. If you have long hair, pull it back. *** Please note that the 'running' portion of the clinic may take place outdoors, so dress accordingly for the weather.
2) BRING A TOWEL, or two, since our clinic location does not provide towels.
3) Come about 10 minutes early (before your time) to warm up prior to being analyzed.
Clinic analyzers (subject to change) will be: Dr. Adam Spector and staff (podiatry), Rachel Miller and staff (physical therapy), and Betty Smith, Keith Evans, Lisa Reichmann, Julie Sapper and Karen Craney (running coaches). Kelly Scherf and the team from RNJ Sports will be available for shoe advice, so bring your shoes and your questions about shoes to discuss their pros and cons. Between these analyzers, you will get a lot of valuable advice!
