   - Don't have a dog? No problem! Shelter dogs will be available to "rent" for the 1 mile walk. First come, first served!

  Registration & Packet Pick-Up - 8 a.m.
  5K start - 9 a.m.
  1 mi start - 9 a.m.
  Winner announcements - 9:45 a.m.

 
Prices:
  5K - $30 thru April 1, then $35
  1 mi - $20 thru April 1, then $25

 
5K Awards:
  Top 3 Male and Female Overall
  Top 3 in age category by gender: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over

  Post-race refreshment

Friendship APL is a private, independent, 501(c)(3) non-profit humane society founded in Elyria, Ohio in 1957. We own and operate the largest animal shelter in Lorain County.

We are dedicated to ensuring that no animal should suffer without the basic necessities to live a healthy life, providing the education to promote and nurture the human/animal bond and treating all those who seek our help with kindness, dignity and respect.

Friendship APL receives no government funding. We depend on the generosity and financial support of friends and neighbors, and on various fundraisers, to serve the people and animals of Lorain County.
