FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2022

• Setup-Up: 12:00 PM (NOON)
• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM
• Race Starts: 6:00 PM (5K Run & 1 Mile Swim)
• Race Ends: 7:00 PM
• Awards Ceremony: 7:15 PM
• Timing Chips/Straps Return by 7:30 PM (* athlete will be invoiced $50 for not returning chip/strap)

 

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2022

• Setup: 4:00 AM
• Check-in: 6:00 AM - 7:45 AM
• Race Starts: 8:00 AM (LONG Tri/Relay, Du, & Aqua and Super Sprint Tri/Relay, Du, & Aqua)
• Race Ends: 11:20 AM
• Awards Ceremony: 11:30 AM
• Timing Chips/Straps Return by 11:30 AM (* athlete will be invoiced $50 for not returning chip/strap)
• Packed Up: 1:00 PM

 

DJ will be entertaining the spectators, volunteers, and participants throughout the event.
