2025 Lake Union 10K Run/Walk

August 11th, 2024

Location: Lake Union Park (near MOHAI)

Parking can be easily found to the east, south & west of event location.

Photos will by FlashFrame Photography. Please wear your bib in the front where it is easily viewed.

Schedule:

6.15 a.m. event site opens

     *gear check- bring your own bag, identified with name & bib number

     *water station will have cups please bring your own if possible, thank you 

8.00 a.m. race start

     *please note new start time there are no corrals/waves this year.

      all starts will be organized around participant pace & chip timed.

     *strollers are allowed but only at the back pack.

     *sorry, no dogs as per event insurance mandate *race start is 8 a.m.

8.15 a.m. post race celebration

     *Music brought to you by KEXP DJ Troy Nelson!

     *Food by Zespri Kiwis~ 2 per participant. Please be kind & only take two so all finishers are served.

     *Food by Juicy Cafe~ 1 per participant. This specially designed athlete recovery ball is delicious, raw, organic, gluten free, vegan & dietitian designed for post     

      race refueling! Please be kind & only take one so all finishers are served.

     *Health Fair includes Bastyr Sports Medicine Club, CycleBar South Lake Union & ChiroOne South Lake Union.

     *Hydration by Gatorade Water

9.30 a.m. Awards 

     *Overall~ female, male, non-binary first, second, third place prizes~ Brooks Trailhead & Banya 5 Certificates + Lake Union 10K Swag!

     *Age~ 12 & under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 24-29 & every 5 years to age 100!~ Lake Union 10K Swag!

     *Teams~ three largest teams~ group party at local restaurant

     *all awards must be picked up DOR, they are NOT MAILED
