Command Showdown

 

How it works: Register and join your Command team. Then, any activity you conduct between 1-31 March can be logged, verified by race admin, and added to the leaderboard. The Command with the most miles at the conclusion of the challenge wins!

 

Mileage: We are in full gear prepping for the upcoming PRT, so any and all activity can be counted! 

Activity is based on the following scale:

• Moderate Activity - 25min = 1mi, this includes yoga, weightlifting, etc.
• Vigorous Activity - 10min = 1mi, this includes HIIT, swimming, kickboxing, etc.
• Bike - 3:1 mile ratio
• Row – 2km = 1.5mi
• Run/walk - 1:1 mile ratio

Incentive: Earn individual and team badges as you climb the leaderboard, and the ULTIMATE bragging rights when your Command comes out on top!
