Registration is now open! Join us for an unforgettable event the whole family will enjoy along the scenic coast of southern Maine!
Proceeds from this event will go towards METAvivor to support stage 4 breast cancer research, Dana Farber Cancer Institute to support pediatric cancer research and to Cancer Can Suck a Cactus to support our mission to foster a global community that empowers and enables exercise—because research has shown that cancer hates exercise (read why here).
Racers
- Run or walk with water views every mile
- Celebrate your race with music, a doughnut and NA beer!
- Distance certified + chip timed
- Finisher medal and stickers for all participants (including kids race)
- Free race shirt if you register before October 19th
- Cancer adventurers are invited to ring the bell post race + can utilize free registration (look for optional code within registration)
Virtual racers
- Last year we had participants on all 7 continents, 2025 highlighted above!
- Exercise is flexible. Past participants have run, walked, hiked, swam, danced, roller bladed, biked and rowed.
- Participants receive a race bib, stickers, and an iron on patch
- Free race shirt if you register before October 19th shirt shipping fees may apply
Volunteers
- Cheer, support, and energize runners from start to finish
- All volunteers receive a race‑day shirt, food and beverages
- No prior experience necessary for many volunteer opportunities
- Volunteers can also participate in our training community and fundraising efforts!

- Participants and volunteers are invited to join our 12 week training community
- Win prizes for exercising weekly
