We are heading BACK to the flat, fast, streets of North Kansas City on May 20, 2023 for Brandon Russell's Flash Dash! This year our adult participants can join us for the 5k run/walk or a 1 mile walk and for the younger dashers we will again be offering our Kid's Dash!
All racers will receive a race t-shirt and medal!
You must register by Sunday, May 7th to guarantee a shirt and your preferred shirt size. We will have shirts available for those that register after May 7th but cannot guarantee availability, size, or cut.

Proceeds from the race will benefit the Brandon Russell Memorial Foundation, enabling it to donate and participate in causes and efforts in keeping with its mission "To enrich lives and help fulfill the full potential of humanity through compassion, fitness, and forging lasting bonds."

Packet pickup will be on May 19, 2023 from 4:00 - 7:00 at Cinder Block Brewery (110 E 18th Ave, North Kansas City, MO 64116). Join us to get your race bib, official 2023 Flash Dash race t-shirt, and maybe enjoy one of Cinder Blocks amazing craft brews. We can't wait to see you there!

We will have packet pickup available on race day, May 20, 2023 from 7:30 - 8:30, near the starting line. However, if you are able, we STRONGLY encourage you to come to the Friday pickup to ensure you do not miss the start of your event!
After the race, join us for a delicious, free, pancake breakfast from Chris Cakes!!
Finish village will also have various vendors and activities available, check them out!
Once the race is over, join the whole Flash Dash crew as we head on over to Chicken N' Pickle in NKC for lunch and some pickleball!!
