Wednesday May 6th: Registration Tent on Capitol Street, NH State House Lawn, Concord NH from 12-6 PM
IF YOU ARE ON A TEAM, YOU MUST PICK UP FROM YOUR TEAM CAPTAIN. INDIVIDUALS CAN PICK UP FOR THEMSELVES OR FAMILY.
IF YOU SIGNED UP AFTER APRIL 30TH, PLEASE PICK UP AS AN INDIVIDUAL AS THE DEADLINE FOR JOINING A TEAM WAS 4/30 AT MIDNIGHT. NO ONE WILL BE MOVED TO A TEAM. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING!

Plan ahead the night of the event. The following roads will be closed during the following times. Thank you for your cooperation as we keep our participants safe!
~North State St. at Pleasant St. (Northbound) from 4-8:30 PM
~North State St. at Capitol Street (Northbound) from 4-8:30 PM
~North State St. at Centre St. (Southbound) from 4-8:30 PM
~Green St. between Centre and School St. from 5:45-8:00 PM (or until the last walker passes)
~Park St. between North Main and North State St. (Eastbound) from 12:00-8:30 PM
~Warren St. between Green and North State St. from 4-7:30 PM (or until the last walker passes)
~North Spring St. at Centre St. from 5:45-7:30 PM
~Rumford St. at Centre St. from 5:45-7:30 PM (or until the last walker passes)
~Liberty St. to School St. (Northbound) from 5:45-7:30 PM (or until the last walker passes)
Race Details
The 24th Annual Rock'N Race will be on Wednesday May 6, 2026 on the State House Lawn in downtown Concord, NH. We will be walking and running to raise funds for cancer patients and their families receiving support services at Concord Hospital Payson Center for Cancer Care HOPE Resource Center.
5:50 pm pre-race program
6:00 pm Race Start
Run and/or walk a 5K route or walk a shorter one-mile loop. The event features live music along the way and a variety of snacks and food after the event. Please note that registered runners are timed and registered walkers are untimed.
No pets are allowed to participate in the race for safety precautions.
Individuals pushing strollers must line up with the walkers on Capitol Street. If running with a stroller, please line up at the back of the runners on N. State Street.
