Guidelines for social distancing within the store are uncertain once the clinic begins. For example, 25, 50? Phase 2? Phase 3? What it means remains uncertain. Therefore, options will be in place to accommodate and adapt accordingly.
MEETING LOCATION - Traditionally, all participants meet in the store for the 30-minute talk, before proceeding outside for the walk/run session. However, this may change. Guidelines once the clinic begins, as well as the number of registered participants, will influence where the groups meet, ie. in-store vs. outside.
We may alternate which group or groups meet in the store and which ones meet at designated locations outside. With policy fluidity, these plans may change along the way to comply with guidelines. We'll also follow face covering criteria.
CHECK YOUR EMAIL - Group location will be announced each week via email. Therefore, it is essential that all participants and leaders check the weekly emails in order to know where to meet.
LIVE STREAM - We'll live stream the 6:15-6:45pm presentation on a private Women's Clinic Facebook group. Joining the Facebook group provides access to the presentation.
OPTION - You have the option to view the 6:15 talk on the Facebook live feed and then meet your group outside at 6:45pm. Talks will be recorded.
FACEBOOK GROUP - As discovered in the Spring 2020 Clinic, there are many benefits to the Facebook Group.
The Women's Clinic Facebook Group helped participants and leaders stay connected and accountable while providing motivation and encouragement to stay consistent.
