2nd Annual Rockin’ in the New Year, Remembering Jordan Adams 5k

This race will be held on January 2, 2022 at 2pm......We are "Rockin' In The New Year" in loving Memory of Jordan Adams.    Jordan loved music and his guitars. The race will take place in his home town of St. Mary's, PA, beginning and ending at Memorial Park Pavilion. Proceeds from this race will go towards his memorial scholarship award. Each participant will receive a "Rockin' in The New Year" guitar themed tee, as well as, each race finisher will receive, from Jordans mom at the finish,  a memorial guitar medal. First place finishers in all categories receive a trophy. This is a 5K run or walk with split time starts. Male Runners will start at 2pm.   Female Runners at 2:05pm.  Walkers at 2:10pm. There will be age divisions, and those results will be posted on our Facebook page by the next day. Due to COVID-19, there will be no awards ceremony or race day registration. We need a final head count by December 10, 2021, therefore registration will be closed and final, at Midnight this day. All walkers MUST walk if you choose that division, and this is a family friendly event so all ages are welcome!! Come cheer your runners on!! There will be volunteers at street crossings for your safety and to direct you to stay on the route. There are no refunds, however if anything unforeseen happens with COVID-19,  and we need to cancel, race shirts and items will be given to each registrant regardless. Timing will be provided by a timing system, TBD. We are so excited to make this an annual event! Race sign ups will be posted soon!
