Registration
- Can a friend or family member pick up my packet pre-race?
- Yes. Make sure they have your correct info upon arrive.
- Where is packet pickup?

- Can I defer my entry to next year?
- Yes, you may defer your entry to the next event year for a fee until 7 days prior to race day. After that date deferrals are not allowed. You will find the option to defer your entry by going to your RunSignUp account: Profile -> My Registered Races -> Manage Registration -> Defer Registration.

- Can I transfer my race entry to another runner?
- Yes, you can transfer your race entry to someone else, but you must do it through our official registration site, RunSignUp, at least 7 days before the race and a transfer fee maybe included.
- It is essential to use our system for transfers. This is for your safety and to meet our event's insurance requirements. In case of an emergency during the race, we need accurate runner information to provide proper medical assistance.
- Transferring outside of our system puts runners at risk because we won't have their correct emergency contact details. This could lead to delays in treatment and potentially worsen injuries.

Race Day
- Where do we park on race day?
- The Start - LaSalle Park
- 6600 Airline Dr, Metairie, LA 70003
- Be on the lookout for event parking signs and staff to guide you upon arrival
- Are Shuttle Buses provided for participants?
- Yes, all registered participants will have access to utilize the multiple shuttle buses provided by JP transit.
- The shuttle buses will run continuously round trip from Lafreniere Park (Finish Line) to LaSalle Park (Start Line) starting at 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Shuttle Buses will not leave to begin route until the bus is completely full with passengers.

- Course Time Limit?
- Yes. All participants must be inside Lafreniere Park (Mile 3.7) and off of W. Napoleon by 8:49 AM making this a 20 min per mile pace from the start time of the last walker.
- Gear Check?
- Gear check will be provided to all registered participants and will be located inside the Start Line Village at LaSalle Park. Please make sure your gear is secured in a bag and marked CLEARLY with your bib number. We highly recommend that participants do not put items of value inside their gear bag incase the bag is misplaced.
- Lost & Found
- Start Line (LaSalle Park) - will be located at the Gear Check dropoff tent
- Finish Line (Lafreniere Park) - will be located at the Gear Check pickup tent
