COVID 19 Rules and Regulations
The following race day guidelines have been approved by the Allegheny County Department of Health. These guidelines are in place for the safety of the participants, volunteers, and race directors.
RACE GUIDELINES
- If you have an elevated temperature or flu like symptoms on race day, STAY HOME! You can reach out to WPBDF to arrange for future pick-up of your race packet at the Foundation office or cover the shipping costs via check or PayPal to have your items shipped to you.
- Hand sanitizer stations will be provided at check-in and throughout the festival grounds.
- Masks are not required to be worn during this event but are highly encouraged. Additional masks will be available if you would like one.
- Bottled water will be available at the snack tent.
- An indoor restroom will be available next to the Black and Gold Playground.
- No spitting, snotting, or projections of any bodily fluid before, during or after event.
Should this race be forced to convert to a virtual event by the supervising authorities in Allegheny County or State of Pennsylvania, all live participants will automatically be switched to virtual participants. There are no refunds for this event.
