50K Course Info
The STFU 50K is a nearly all trail two loop course at Sleepy Hollow State Park. The single track is not very hilly, but if it rains it can get very muddy. Overall this course is a great opportunity for first timer ultra trail runners, with an extremely well marked course, well stocked aid stations and only 1100 ft of elevation gain for 50 kilometers.
