Race Day Timeline

8:30 AM - Check-in, registration, and packet pickup begins at the McNamara Park shelter.
9:35 AM - Welcome followed by pre-race warm-up with Heather Sanislo, presented by The Sanislo Firm
9:45 AM - Kids Dash Begins!
10:00 AM - 5K participants - On your marks-get set-go!
11:00 AM - Survivor Spotlight & Awards
11:15 AM - A light lunch and treats provided

For the Health of it! Wellness Row

Be sure to visit the health and wellness vendors before you leave the park. They will have educational information and swag for you to take home. 

Registration & Swag

IN-PERSON 5K
● Thru June 30 - $40
● July 1 thru race day - $45
● Groups of 10+ please email di@thecrawfordcrew.org to receive a group discount. The first person to use the discount code can set up the team or group name for others to join with registering with the discount code.

VIRTUAL 5K
● $45 (includes shipping)
● Reporting virtual results (optional) is available here on the race website between July 28 and August 4. To report results during that time frame, click the results tab at the top of this page and then click the "Submit Virtual Results" button.

KIDS DASH (recommended for ages 8 and under)
● Thru June 30 - FREE
● July 1 thru race day - $10

VIRTUAL KIDS DASH
● $15 (includes shipping)

Awards

● All participating kiddos will receive a treat bag provided by Northstar Family Dental.

● Overall, Top Male and Top Female. (overall winners excluded from age groups)
● Ages 14 and under, Top Male and Female.
● Ages 15-19, Top Male and Female.
● Ages 20-29, Top Male and Female.
● Ages 30-39, Top Male and Female.
● Ages 40-49, Top Male and Female.
● Ages 50-59, Top Male and Female.
● Ages 60-69, Top Male and Female.
● Ages 70+, Top Male and Female.
