The 2026 Swim the Loop pre-race video will be posted here and on Facebook on Wednesday evening, October 7, and emailed to all registered swimmers.

The video covers race rules, course details, an updated weather and tide review, water safety, swim gear, parking and shuttles, and start procedures for both races. All athletes are strongly encouraged to watch it before race day.

In the meantime, you can listen to last year’s pre-race podcast using the link to the right. Most of the course and safety information still applies.
