Join us for pre-race dinner, catered by some of your favorite local restaurants! Free for all race registrants.  See our Pasta Party page on this site for more information and a complete list of participating restaurants. Featuring a performance by the 8th Grade Honors Orchestra, directed by Dr. Nick Rzonsa.

You can also save time and pick up your race bib and t-shirt.  Onsite registration also available.

Sunday June 7 RACE DAY!!

7:30am - Registration Opens (Cafeteria)

- Pick up your bib, t-shirt and other fun merchandise

- Key and bag check available in the registration area

- Visit our Family Health & Fitness Fair in the Auxiliary Gym and outside before or after you race! [*Note new location due to construction*]

8:40am - Line up at the start line for a pre-race warm-up.

8:50am - Singing of our National Anthem.

9:00am - Tenafly 5K Run, Walk and Stroller Trot starts!

9:05am - Tenafly 5K Dog Walk starts!

10:00am - Tigers Cub races and Dog Parade start!

10:20am - Warm-up and get ready for the JCC 1-Mile Fun Run!!

10:30am - JCC 1-Mile Fun Run starts!

11:00am - Join us in the Auditorium for our awards ceremony!
