Date: Sunday, September 13, 2026
Race Start Time: 7:00 AM
Distance: 10K, chip timed
Start & Finish Location: Kemah Boardwalk
Address: 215 Kipp Ave, Kemah, TX 77565
Course: Flat and scenic on the Kemah Boardwalk, with a challenging bridge crossing over to Seabrook and back. Perfect for both seasoned runners and newcomers!
Time Limit: 2 hours (strictly enforced)
Registration & Packet Pick-Up
- Register Early: Secure your spot and guarantee your race T-shirt size if you register by August 15.
- Race Day Registration: Available starting at 6:00 AM if slots remain open. Note that T-shirt sizes may be limited.
- Race Day Packet Pick-Up: Pick up your race packet on race day, beginning at 6:00 AM.
Finisher Medals & Awards
Every finisher will receive a custom-designed medal to commemorate your accomplishment! Don't miss out on this exclusive keepsake.
- Overall Awards: Top male and female finishers will be awarded based on gun time.
- Age Group Awards: Top three male and female finishers in each age group will be awarded based on chip time.
Timing Chips & Bibs
- Your timing chip is attached to your bib. Do not bend or fold your bib, as this can interfere with timing accuracy.
- Bib Placement: All participants must wear their bib on the front of their shirt, visible to course officials.
- Non-Transferable: Only registered participants may wear their assigned bib.
- Custom Bib Name: Only available for participants registered by August 15.
- Lost Bibs: If you lose or forget your bib, there will be a $10 charge for a replacement.
Important Notes & Guidelines
- Pets and Strollers: No dogs or baby strollers/joggers are allowed on the race course. Pets (except service animals) are not permitted on the Kemah Boardwalk per their rules. Please help us be good guests!
- Weather Advisory: The race will proceed rain or shine. Cancellations will only be announced if conditions are unsafe.
- Safety: Your safety is our top priority. Please follow the directions of course officials. Aid stations will be available along the route for hydration.
- Transfer Policy: If you are unable to run, we offer participant transfers up to 7 days before the race. A $10 fee is paid by the person receiving the transferred registration.
