- Time Limit: There is a strict 2-hour time limit.
- Timing Chips & Bibs: Your timing chip is attached to your bib. Do not bend or fold it. Bibs are non-transferable.
- Bib Placement: Wear it on the front so course officials can see it.
- Lost Bibs: Do not forget your bib on race morning! Replacements are $10.
Finish Line & Post-Race
- At the Finish: Please keep moving after you cross. A finisher's medal will be awarded just outside the finish chute.
- Photography: An official race photographer (raceshots.net) will be on the course and at the finish line.
- Results: Posted onsite and on the official website.
- Post-Race Party: Stick around to cheer for fellow runners! Enjoy a post-race party in the park featuring food, fun, and entertainment.
Important Race Etiquette & Rules
- Pets and Strollers: No dogs or baby strollers/joggers are allowed on the course. Pets (except service animals) are not permitted on the Boardwalk. Please help us be good guests!
- Starting Line: Line up based on your planned pace. Slower runners and walkers should move to the back. Runners will start 3 at a time due to narrow lanes and construction on the bridge.
- Bridge Safety: Use caution! There are narrow lanes and low guard rails on the Kemah Bridge. Run no more than 2 abreast.
- Headphones: If you wear them, keep one earbud out so you can hear race instructions.
- Amenities: Port-a-potties are located near the Start Line and Water Stations.
- Hydration: Two water stops will serve water and electrolyte drinks; the middle stop is water only.
